If you are a truck dispatcher enthusiast with at least 6 (six) months of experience, ideally with dispatching Dry-van or Flatbed trucks, this might be the right opportunity for you!

Key responsibilities:

Communicates daily with Customers, Contract Drivers, and Steamship terminals.
Personnel, and internal service representatives, coordinating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
Meet all deadline requirements and ensure all route updates occur in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain relationships with brokers.
Work towards achieving the company’s long-term growth goals and help improve processes.

Requirements:

At least 6 (six) months experience in the industry and the US market
Excellent English speaking skills (writing, speaking, listening)
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products (Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of hours of operation service (HOS)
